As I am now 30 years old I would like to try and take better care of my health and well-being. I live in the city in a high pressure job which makes it hard to stick to healthy habits, I’ve done some online research and through friends, I have been recommended that I take some vitamins to help balance out any key nutrients I may be lacking in my diet.

Poor service. Charged me a few days after the trial at 6am! Have contacted their customer service numerous times but no one has ever responded. Impossible to get in touch with. Really disappointed. Product has made me break out too so haven’t even found the trial period successful.

Great product and I’ve noticed a difference since taking them. Website is easy to use and the questions have helped me personalise my vitamin mix. Great branding and customer service too.

Good selection of vitamin's the personalised ones have been working great for me - I feel so much better and its been 4 weeks. The gummies for kids also great - when you compare nutrients for all of them they are better. The format of the is also for aiding absorption. Love it!

I have done the trial so far however just in that space of time I'm feeling more energised my skin is better.
I've ordered more vitamins as a with 3 younger children I need all the help I can get to keep me going each day. These have massively helped thank you vitl

I've been using Vitl supplements for 3-4 months now and it's been a great experience ? The quiz to find your personalised supplements is very thorough and the results seemed pretty accurate to me. The vitamins themselves are easy to swallow, the blister packs are convenient for on-the-go (still need to see how easy it is to send back to recycle!) and the customer service is brilliant. I had an issue where my subscription was delivered to a different address and Nuria sorted out a replacement, some account credit and an amendment to the date on my subscription so I don't get billed too quickly and end up with excess supplements. Can't fault it!
I've seen some people complain about the taste of the supplements and honestly, yes they don't all taste amazing but once you swallow it's gone so I don't get the problem ??‍♀️ I personally prefer my vitamins to come without unnecessary ingredients, so I'm a big fan ? Since using Vitl, I've been sleeping better and have more energy, which is amazing ✨

I completed the online assessment and seemed quite happy with the results. The information looked quite honest with detailed information for my personalised supplement. I decided to go for the free trial and then I was charged 4 times for the free trial. I immediately cancelled the trial and removed my card details off my account as I panicked thinking more money would taken. The payment process has put me off as not sure whether I trust this company to go ahead again and restart my free trial as the products seem really good which is a shame. After emailing the company, I received fantastic customer service and getting a full refund along with restarting my trial free of charge and a further free 2 months to get me started if I enjoy the trial.

Would go as far as to call it a scam. Payed for the free trail at £3.95 and was charged the full £29.95 the next day. I have no doubt it will be an uphill battle to get a refund. This seems to be a common trend recently. How can I trust a company to support my health when they can't even look after my money. Avoid.

Great vitamins. Tailored to my specific needs including the fact that I want more energy sleep better and to also support my gut with IBS so going. It does it all. The company is great. Tried for 2 weeks for free then subscribed. I don’t think o could have gotten better value for money and better blend of the right combo without vitl. I mean if you add up what you’d spend on 4 different types of vits it would cost way more.
